I have always been fascinated by the human psyche. I have been gifted with an intuitive sense of, and compassion for, those that know grief, are experiencing loss or struggling with mental health issues. It is this fascination that led to me to train as a Counsellor later on in life. Collaborations are key to my life’s purpose; I have the capacity to hold space for others when they are in need of healing and support. In acknowledging the importance of both the past and the future, we bring a meaningful continuity to our lives. Counselling training and practice has fuelled this passion in me to be alongside others who find themselves in need of a different kind of conversation. One in which you are met exactly where you are without judgement, and really heard. I qualified as a counsellor in 2010 and I offer this unique and intimate conversation to my clients. I am currently training as a Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist and so the conversation continues...
